As part of The Centre for Spiritual Renewal we will be starting back up again a Thursday Eucharist Service at 10 am followed by a Spiritual Practice Series 10:30 am to 12:00 pm.

The Series for January will be:

January 6 - Lectio Divinia (similar to how the bible study works but with a little more discipline)

January 13 - indoor labyrinth in the church with some reflection

January 20 - a meditation and reflection on the Cup

January 27 - working with Mandalas
