We have three cards available in the church for you to fill out and return to the offering plates on the altar as a way of sharing your gifts of time talent and treasure with God. Treasure
Our church’s budgeted expenses are approximately $170,000 annually. We have approximately 80 regular givers on our parish list. If each person gave $40 per week, we would meet the budget easily. If each person gave $50 per week, we would have enough extra to pay for another part-time staff person.
Remembering that we are all in this together, and that some of us will be able to give more that $40 per week and some of us won’t, are you able to increase your weekly giving?
Would you like to switch from using envelopes to give to the church to using our Pre-Authorized Debit program, or set up a monthly donation through our website?
Are any of these upcoming projects particularly interesting or inspiring to you?
Renovating the floor in the offices and in the hall.
Painting in the offices and in the hall.
Buying a new piano to become more appealing to music renters.
Hiring a part-time office worker to assist in the management of the church.
Hiring a part-time children’s worker to better connect with our children & families.
Hiring a part-time outreach worker to help us address the issue of homelessness.
Purchasing planter boxes to grow flowers and vegetables at the church.
Would you like to give a larger one–time gift to support something in particular?
Have you included the church as a beneficiary in your will?
The goal here is to invite you into some personal reflection about your participation in life here at St Andrew’s. Perhaps you’ll discover that you want to increase your engagement are share with us and with God more of your time, talent, and treasure. And perhaps you’ll find the opposite, that there are ways or places where you want to let go of some of your engagement. If you’d like a chance to talk through some of this, please give me a call at the office, or send and email.
