Fall Fundraiser 2020.png

Given that Halloween will most likely not happen in the way we are accustomed to this year, we thought it would be a good idea to have an event that culminates at that time of year.

The idea behind the ‘Trick or Treat Basket Fundraiser’ is that people will be able to choose a basket to send to a friend or fellow parishioner for $30-$50. The baskets would be filled with donations from people and would be delivered to families and others on or just before Halloween.

Types of baskets to choose from:

Kids Basket $30 - would include snacks, board games, cards, puzzle books, colouring books, candy.

Family Basket $50 - would include snacks (popcorn, candy and such), pop, hot chocolate, board games, cards, homemade baked goods or jam, family activities.

Grown up Baskets $40 - would include crackers and snack foods, homemade baked goods and jams, chocolate, cards and games, non-alcoholic beverages.

Grown up (with extra treats!) Baskets $50 - would include crackers and snack foods, homemade baked goods and jams, chocolate, cards and games, wine or beer.

Donations can be dropped off at the Church during office hours - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9 am to 1 pm.

Order forms will be available soon.

If you wish to continue to donate to St. Andrew’s during this time, you can do so utilizing our PAD (Pre-Authorized Debit) option. Once a month, on or after the 12th, we submit to RBC our PAD file to automatically debit from your bank account. If the 12th falls on a weekend or statutory holiday, we process the file the next bank business day. To begin this process, call Carl Markwart at 604-575-3068 to provide your name and banking information. Three bank details are needed (usually taken from the bottom of a void cheque) – your bank’s transit number, bank number and your personal bank account number.

Alternatively, you can drop off your weekly envelopes through the church’s mail slot or mail your donation to St. Andrew’s 20955 Old Yale Rd, Langley City BC V3A 7P8.

There is also the option of e-transfer. You can just send it to the church’s email,  standrewslangley@shaw.ca, and it will be sent to our Treasurer.
