need help with coffee hour - there is a sign up sheet in the narthex. Please sign up to help with the making and setting up of coffee.

Rev. Lorie Martin will be ordained into the priesthood on June 11. Details to come.

April 30 4:30 pm. How We Read Scripture – Facilitated by Rev. David Taylor. Suggested Donation: $10 - $20. (Sung Prayer follows 6 - 6:30 pm - no fee)

The Bible is filled with stories, experiences, and interpretations of God's presence in the world. God made the world in love, sustains the world in love and renews the world in love. Remember this when you read it. What we bring to the Bible informs what we take from the Bible. Come explore and experience solid, helpful, and refreshing ways to read the Bible.

May 7 9 am to 12 pm. Grace in Grief Retreat Day - Facilitated by Rev. Lorie Martin (please register by calling or emailing the office.) Suggested Donation $40 $20 $10 (Full scholarship is available so all who want to attend are welcome.)

Hope can rise in the midst of loss. This retreat invites participants to acknowledge loss and grief by coming a bit closer to it, and as Rumi says, "Stay with it." It includes looking at loss through story and symbol, reflecting with simple art expression, and lightly guided listening in prayer.
